All men as they grow older experience a gradual decline in their testosterone levels. This is a natural part of ageing. After the age of about thirty this natural decline in testosterone levels progresses at a rate of about 2% per annum.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) can compensate for lowered testosterone levels and reduce the severity of symptoms such as impotence that can be associated with age related testosterone deficiency (TD).
