Dr. Emmett was trained in the performance of the scalpel free vasectomy technique by Dr. Doug Stein - the world’s best vasectomist. This training enabled Emmett to set the clinical standards at the world’s highest levels for vasectomy delivery and to date has completed well over 5,000 vasectomies.
Dr. Emmett has extensive training in all aspects of men’s health and preventative medicine. After retiring as a professional rugby player for both Leinster and Ireland, Dr. Emmett pursued a career in medicine, qualifying from the Royal College of Surgeons. After this he went on to train as a General Practitioner on the Trinity Specialist training scheme for GeneralPractice and is now on the specialist register of the Irish Medical Council.
